Assistant Manager at Par Mar Store 126
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Par Mar Store 126 in Ripley, WV. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, including overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
- Supervise and train store staff
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
- Monitor sales and expenses
Requirements:
- Previous retail or management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
