• Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for assigned patients, adapting as needed according to their goals and physician directives
• Direct and delegate therapy services, upholding the highest safety and quality standards for both patients and colleagues

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely documentation consistent with clinic protocols and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing
