Evergreen Real Estate Partners is looking for a motivated, client-centered Showing Specialist to join our energetic real estate team. As a Showing Specialist, you will lead prospective buyers through property tours, help them clarify their preferences, and confidently assist them as they move toward making offers. Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Take part in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about engaging with people and building professional relationships
• Upbeat and cheerful demeanor
• Comfortable with extensive driving
• Skilled at understanding clients' preferences and matching them with suitable properties
• Eager to learn and grow
• Driven and demonstrated track record of success
• High school diploma
• REQUIREMENT: Active Real Estate License
  To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid real estate license. We cannot proceed with hiring otherwise. If you're not yet licensed, we do offer discount codes for pre-licensing courses-but it's your responsibility to complete the licensing process in order to qualify for this position.
