Job Title: Picker/Packer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 3 months
Location: Lathrop, CA, 95330

Shift: (10 AM - 6:30 PM), Monday - Friday

Description:

Works individually or as part of a team to perform order fulfillment tasks according to specifications.

Position Title:

Picker/Packer

Specific Position Requirements:

Picker/Packer
Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 50 lbs
Standing for long periods
Bending, stooping, walking, kneeling, etc.

Job Duties:

Picking, packing, and preparing parts for shipment
Sorting and storing parts
Instructing and assisting other team members
Maintaining a safe work environment
Moving and positioning loads with crane and order picker

Required Safety Equipment:

Metatarsal boots, gloves, earplugs, safety glasses, bump cap
Client provides PPE except for metatarsal boots
PPE must be worn the entire shift-no exceptions

Required Skills:

HS Diploma/GED or 1-year experience in manufacturing
Good attendance
Ability to work safely and efficiently
Work with close tolerances
Teamwork and independent work capability
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
