• Independent Anesthesia Coverage for Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Cases

• Orthopedic Procedures
• Labor & Delivery
• Spine Procedures
• GI Procedures
• Gynecology
• Urology
• Cath Lab Procedures
• Interventional Radiology
• Bariatric Bypass Surgery
• Minimal Vascular Procedures

• Hospital Performing Approximately 3,600 Inpatient and Outpatient Surgeries Annually
• EMR: Epic

• Independent Case Model
• Support Staff Includes:
  • Anesthesia Providers
  • CRNAs
  • Anesthesia Technicians

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology - Required
• Residency/Fellowship Training - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Anesthesiology - Required
• Iowa Medical License - Preferred
• IMLC Candidates and Providers Willing to Obtain Iowa Licensure Will Be Considered
• BLS Certification - Required
• DEA - Required
• Clean Malpractice History - Highly Preferred
• Availability Required at Time of Name Clear
• NPDB Self-Query Report Required Within 30 Days of Presentation
