10+ years implementing HCM Payroll solutions,with experience as a payroll consultant to drive HR technology implementationsthrough process design, configuration, process playback, user acceptancetesting, cutover and production launch.
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and having multiple project implementation experience in Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
Minimumof 5 years’ experience in a Functional Lead role in Oracle HCM Cloud NorthAmerica Payroll Implementations.
Experiencein 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll, AbsenceManagement and Time & Labor modules.
Extensive hands-·Goodexperience in payroll processing, troubleshoot the issues, Oracle quarterlyupgrades, quarter and year end activities, Fast Formula, Extracts, HDL, BIPublisher and OTBI reporting.
