Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Must be a BCBA student. If you are not studying to become a BCBA this role is not for you. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist in the development and implementation of care plans Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation Skills Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis Familiarity with special education practices Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and their families Requirements Must have RBT Certification from BACB Must have RBT Certification from NVABA Current Case Available Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson Areas Job Types Full-time, Part-time Pay $27.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours 15 – 40 per week Benefits Health insurance Paid training Professional development assistance Schedule 4 hour shift 8 hour shift After school Choose your own hours Monday to Friday On call Education High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification RBT Certification (Required) Ability to Commute Las Vegas and Henderson areas available Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Broken To Art
