Hiring Production Workers | 1st & 2nd Shifts | Sparks, MD

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers for 1st & 2nd shifts in Sparks, Maryland (Northern Baltimore County.) This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established manufacturer of pool and spa water-testing products and treatment chemicals. The worksite is clean, safety-driven, and offers a structured environment with room for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet production and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Complete simple documentation accurately.
• Assemble, label, inspect, and package products such as kit assemblies and test strips.
• Operate basic equipment with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to Sparks is required.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attendance, focus on detail, and safety-first habits.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and changeovers for operators.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, full-time; occasional overtime may be required.
• 1st Shift Production Worker - Kit Assembly: y 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.
• 1st Shift Production Worker - Test Strips: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift Production Worker - Test Strips: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.

Additional Details:

• Compensation: $16.50/hr - $17.00/hr.
