Have you recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for a company that will help you gain the experience needed to begin your driving career? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Edmond, Oklahoma area for a paid mentor program.
You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will move into your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training
During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn about:
- Safe driving and trip planning
- Pickups and deliveries
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communication with dispatch
- The day-to-day responsibilities of an over-the-road driver
After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition into your own truck and begin driving solo.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking drivers who are motivated to learn, work hard, and build a successful career. Requirements include:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduation from an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Safety-focused and dependable work ethic
No previous driving experience is required.
Starting your first trucking job can feel overwhelming. Our mentor program is designed to help you gain real-world experience, ask questions, and build confidence before operating as a solo driver. We believe new drivers should have the support and training needed to develop a strong foundation for a successful career.
