Join a leading healthcare provider as a CT Tech/X-ray in Louisville, KY. This contract position is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to make a difference in patient care while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general x-ray and CT imaging, including ortho, traumas, and portables.
• Work with a variety of patient types, including inpatient, outpatient, ER, and OR.
• Float to the ER, OR, and portables throughout the hospital as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of 13 techs on 1st shift, with additional support from lead techs and front desk staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current BLS certification and ARRT certification required.
• State license (KBMIRT) is necessary.
• OR experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• O-arm experience is a plus, but not required.

Support & Technology:

• Access to 24/7 RT, Hospitalist, and Intensivist support.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment, including Shimadzu, Konica, Fuji, Carestream, GE, and Phillips c-arms.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: Cerner.

Scheduling & Orientation:

• Weekend rotation is variable, typically every 3rd weekend.
• Holiday rotation will be included.
• Orientation includes 3-4 shifts in the department.
• Scrub color: Ceil Blue.
