• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, and respond appropriately.
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and shift-specific protocols.
