This role manages study design and launch activities, supports project execution improvements, and helps maintain best practices across Project Services.What You'll Be Doing:Lead study setup activities, including protocol and budget review, project planning, milestone tracking, and risk, issue, and action log managementPartner with Study Setup teams to support quality database setup and oversee preparation of protocol-specific documentationManage study timelines, deliverables, documentation, eTMF filing, monitoring, reporting, and closeout activitiesBuild and own customer relationships, facilitate communication, and coordinate resolution of study-specific issuesLead customer meetings, presentations, health checks, and governance activities in partnership with senior operational and business development teamsRepresent the company at investigator meetings, audits, inspections, and other internal or external meetingsProvide study training to sites, CRAs, and customers while maintaining regular communication with sitesSupport process improvement projects, department-level assignments, mentoring, and best-practice developmentWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field5+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 3 year project management / project set up experienceThorough knowledge of Project Management processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operationsDemonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the company systems, or equivalent experience with similar Centralized Laboratory systems preferredExperience managing study documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including filing into eTMFExperience in successfully leading large, global and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials preferredOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Excellent interpersonal and customer management skillsThorough understanding of medical and clinical research terminologyDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while possessing strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English languageAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customersAbility to serve as an escalation point and coordinate study or program level issue resolutionAbility to mentor, train, and provide feedback on team performance against contract, customer expectations, and project plansWhat We Offer You:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
