Pride Health is hiring an Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper) for one of its healthcare clients in Geneva, NY. This is a 13 Week contract with the possibility of expansion with competitive pay and benefits.

Location: Geneva, NY 14456

Length of assignment: 13 Week contract with the possibility of expansion

Pay range: $16 – $18 per hour

Shift / Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - No weekends or holidays required

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary healthcare environment within a surgical services setting. The ideal candidate will support infection prevention efforts, ensure the cleanliness of patient and staff areas, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain electrical, battery-powered, and mechanical equipment in safe working condition (burnisher, auto scrubber, rotary scrubber, vacuum cleaner, etc.).
• Comply with established policies and procedures regarding Infection Control, Right to Know, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Incorporate safety into all aspects of work, including proper use of wet floor signs, response to emergency pages, proper body mechanics, and safe chemical usage and dispensing.
• Maintain assigned areas in clean and sanitary conditions for patients, residents, guests, visitors, and staff.
• Clean beds, restrooms, furniture, fixtures, and other assigned areas.
• Refill supplies and promptly remove trash and linen.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Preferred Skill: Previous hospital housekeeping experience. (Nice to Have)
