We're looking for a sales reps who wants to own the Boise market, not just work it.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage a territory of apartment communities, property managers, and ownership groups across the greater Treasure Valley area
• Walk properties, identify flooring needs, and deliver same-day quotes using our iPad-based quoting system
• Challenge clients to think beyond the lowest bid, positioning MFI's speed, consistency, and service as the competitive advantage
• Control the full sales cycle from first visit to completed install, staying close to operations to ensure delivery matches the promise
• Show up consistently, follow up relentlessly, and become the go-to flooring partner in the Treasure Valley area
