What You'll Do

• Review and proofread estate planning documents (trusts, wills, related forms) for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate member plan enrollments, updates, and replacements
• Perform quality checks on reports and plan changes
• Respond to member inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• Paralegal education, or 3+ years as a legal assistant, in insurance/benefits, or another document-heavy coordination role
• Sharp attention to detail and comfort managing multiple files at once
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
