Their duties include leading the team, maintaining high standards for customer service, and ensuring exceptional product quality. Job Types Full‑time / Part‑time Pay Starting up to $15/hr Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Holiday pay Fun work environment Schedule 12‑hour shift 10‑hour shift 8‑hour shift Day shift Night shift Weekend availability Holidays Reimbursements Gas Phone data usage General Job Duties Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications (pizza, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, sides) Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, using FIFO; lift and rotate stock; move soda to coolers; date all product Handle customer interactions: take phone calls, process in‑person orders at the front counter or pickup windows, provide carside delivery (bring food to the car in all weather conditions) Perform daily cleaning and sanitation: sweep and mop, clean coolers interior and exterior, take out trash, wash dishes Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Willing to deliver when needed. Experience Leadership experience: 1 year (preferred) Restaurant experience: 1 year (preferred) Training Orientation and training provided on the job Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in‑person Essential Functions/Skills Perform basic math accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change; demonstrate verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing; use computer keyboard or touchscreen effectively Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas, sudden temperature changes, food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing requirements include telephone communication, near and mid‑range vision for most tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand/eye coordination, use of tools and equipment Delivery duties: drive a vehicle, navigate maps, deliver to doorways, carry pizzas and beverages, traverse stairs, travel between store and vehicle, and deliver to customers in varying terrain Driving Specific Job Duties Deliver product by car to customer doorstep; deliver flyers and door hangers Require a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr Domino's
