Forklift Operator

Full-time · Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky · Warehouse Operations Forklift operation and inbound/outbound floor support. Commonwealth is hiring a Forklift Operator to support inbound and outbound warehouse work across our Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky network. You will move product safely on the floor — unloading inbound freight, putting away inventory, and staging outbound orders — as part of a long-tenured warehouse team. What you will do Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts for inbound, putaway, replenishment, and outbound staging Follow dock and aisle procedures, including trailer inspection and load securement Scan and confirm product in the WMS so inventory stays accurate Support cycle counts and housekeeping in your assigned zones Flag damaged freight, unsafe conditions, and equipment issues immediately What we look for Current forklift certification, or the ability to certify on site Prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing floor experience preferred Reliable attendance and comfort with a physically active shift Commitment to safety procedures around pedestrians, racking, and trailers Why Commonwealth Stable, family-oriented warehouses with on-the-job training, competitive pay and benefits, and a safety-first floor.
