Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics data tracking. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across our systems, monitoring massive amounts of SKUs, and transforming large pools of data into actionable operational insights. The ideal candidate thrives under firm deadlines, possesses advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and works exceptionally well independently. salary: $34 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Enter forecasted orders, Purchase Orders and any adjustments accurately and on time.
• Determine pallet weight and truck capacity
• Maintain accurate records including up-to-date variance reports of items ordered verses items received, forecasted verses sales and ending inventory levels verses targeted.
• Verify Supplier Order confirmation and delivery dates.
• Track and Trace inbound orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure appointment times are being met and trucks are being received.
• Maintain Supplier Portals including trouble shooting any challenges with the system.
• Utilize all computer applications effectively and ensure timely updates to all applications with vital information: anomalies, item numbers etc.
• Work with Operations to ensure that accurate inventory levels are recorded.
