• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, building strong relationships from the start.
• Collaborate with our team to learn and implement effective sales strategies that drive results and foster growth.
• Utilize our exclusive leads to initiate conversations and guide clients through the buying or selling process with confidence.
• Attend regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and refine your sales techniques.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and appealing to prospective buyers.
• Participate in open houses and property tours, showcasing properties to potential buyers and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved in the process.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and market trends through ongoing training and development.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and maintain accurate records efficiently.
• Familiarity with the Los Angeles real estate market is a plus, helping you provide valuable insights to clients.
