Job Title: Food and Beverage ServerLocation: Lahontan Golf Club, Truckee, CATerms: Full Time, Seasonal. May 15 – October 15Requirements: Work 5 days per week. Weekends and holidays requiredPay: $19 per hour, plus tips________________________________________SummaryLahontan is a renowned private golf club and lifestyle community providing members and guests with an exceptional experience in an atmosphere of casual mountain elegance.The Server delivers attentive, polished food and beverage service while ensuring compliance with California food safety and alcohol service regulations..________________________________________Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests professionallyTake food and beverage orders accuratelyDeliver food and beverages in a timely mannerMaintain table cleanliness and presentationDemonstrate fine dining etiquette and service standardsWork collaboratively with the service teamQualificationsCalifornia Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hireCalifornia Responsible Beverage Service certification required within 60 days of hire if serving alcoholAbility to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Lahontan Golf Club
