NOC Shift Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LVN to join our skilled nursing team. The LVN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality care for our residents. Responsibilities include documenting patient status, responding to changes in condition, assisting with treatments, and supporting daily nursing operations in a fast‑paced SNF environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. Currently seeking an LVN positions for our SNF or Special Treatment Program (behavioral health unit). PM or NOC shift is available!
