Property Accountant - Onsite, Real Estate Growth

Philadelphia, PA or Radnor, PA | 100% Onsite A fast-growing real estate investment and property management organization is seeking a Property Staff Accountant to support accounting operations across a large industrial outdoor storage portfolio. This position will work closely with Accounting leadership and property/asset management teams within a highly visible and fast‑paced environment. The company is looking for a sharp, analytical, and growth‑oriented accounting professional who wants to build a long‑term career within a rapidly expanding organization. This role offers strong exposure to multi‑entity accounting, real estate operations, financial reporting, CapEx tracking, and investor reporting. Fully onsite position Strong growth potential internally Exposure to leadership including Controller and CFO Opportunity to work within a rapidly growing real estate organization Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities/accounts Review and prepare journal entries including prepaid expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, security deposits, and due to/from transactions Review and code invoices across a large industrial property portfolio Process sales and franchise tax filings across multiple states Assist with CapEx project tracking and budget schedule maintenance Prepare annual CAM reconciliations and real estate tax/insurance true‑ups Assist with monthly financial reporting packages for investors Support annual audit and tax return preparation Assist with reconciliations, reporting analysis, and special accounting projects Work within a fast‑paced, multi‑entity accounting environment supporting continued company growth What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and multi‑tasking abilities Candidate should be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently Looking for someone growth‑oriented who wants to learn and advance within the organization Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical due to cross‑functional interaction CPA or CPA‑track candidates preferred Multi‑entity accounting experience strongly preferred Real estate, property accounting, or Yardi exposure is a plus Looking for someone energetic, driven, inquisitive, and engaged — not someone seeking a repetitive “clock in/clock out” accounting role Additional Information Team‑oriented environment with strong visibility to leadership Position created due to prior underperformance; organization is being extremely selective with hiring Company values candidates who show curiosity, initiative, strong communication skills, and genuine interest during the interview process Immediate hiring need with ASAP timeline #J-18808-Ljbffr London Approach
