Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with cross-categorical populations (LD, EBD, OHI, Autism, and more)
• Proven ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Flexible, collaborative mindset within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with K-12 students in a school setting (preferred but not required)

• Deliver specialized instruction individually and in small groups for K-12 students

• Maintain thorough and compliant records, IEP updates, and progress reports

• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
