Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa, United States. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company protocols
Basic computer proficiency for order processing and data entry
Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. when required
