- Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to monitor and analyze manufacturing performance, driving improvements and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead the development of machine installation, operation, and qualification standards to support production readiness.
- Develop a close collaboration with printer manufacturers to drive machine-level process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, operators, and technicians, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning, process design, and improvement efforts.

- Familiarity with build prep software (e.g. 3DXpert, Magics, TruTops Print) and in-situ monitoring tools.
- Strong background in process optimization, root-cause analysis, and statistical process control.
- Proven ability to resolve complex manufacturing challenges and transition additive manufacturing from R&D to scaled production environments.
