Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation Unit (PRN) Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation of care and patient progress.
