This state-of-the-art facility will produce high-quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers. Ensures Quality Systems (for example, CAPA, Non-Conformance, Trending, Customer Complaints, System/Process Change Control, etc.) compliance and drives improvements by providing guidance and ensuring corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented adequately and timely. Record and recommend improvements regarding sensitive information; audit food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing practices; issue non-conformance to necessary processes; notify leaders and associates for gaps in quality programs; monitor status of actions and closure; assess corrective and/or preventative action effectiveness. Support setting compliance and/or regulatory objectives for increased efficiencies, compliance, and quality relating to the business by participating in customer/regulatory audits; identify process improvements; support continuous improvement initiatives; prepare SOPs; create Annual Product Reviews for management decision making. Ensure products are produced to specification by verifying documentation requirements; monitor adherence to meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Lead and participate in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determine customer needs and business priorities; coordinate and execute work assignments; provide advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; model and help others adapt to change or new challenges. Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyze and apply information from multiple sources; monitor progress and results; identify and address improvement opportunities. Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans; use the Open Door Policy; assist management with correcting ethical and compliance issues.
