Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift: Monday - Friday, two late shifts
• Productivity Expectations:
  • Scheduled: 16 visits/day (80/week)
  • Treated: 12 visits/day (60/week)
  • Cancellation/No-Show Rate: 25–30%
• Patient Population: Ages 8–99
• Case Types:
  • Neuro
  • Ortho
  • Sports
  • Geriatrics
