Marvell's Custom Cloud Solutions (CCS) is an industry leader in custom silicon solutions for accelerated infrastructure. We partner with customers to execute complex custom solutions with flexible engagement models using the most advanced technologies and IP. We focus on solving the most difficult design problems in the data center, wired and wireless communications, and other infrastructure applications.

We are looking for a senior business analyst with a firm grasp of pricing analysis and ability to execute on market analysis for datacenter processing elements such as CPUs, XPUs, DPUs, and other workload acceleration devices to deliver customized solutions for the next generation of AI systems. You will be a self-starter, quickly grasp our market domains, and command ownership of the data center quote process and product lifecycle pricing process. You will be a driving force who will help build and grow our business:

• Knowledge of custom ASIC lifecycle, design cycle, and manufacturing elements.
• Knowledge of NRE estimation, unit price estimation, and price modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
• Partner with business leaders to align pricing strategies with business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Provide insightful pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to all levels of the corporation, internal, partner, and customer.
• Can-do self-starter with strong cross-functional leadership skills.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic business analyst to join our dynamic CCS business unit. You will play a pivotal role in driving the quote process for all customer engagements and leading pricing analysis for several key products within CCS. You will partner with product marketing and finance leaders to align pricing strategies with business goals, perform market analysis, and drive cross-functional collaboration between architects, engineers, procurement, and operations.

To be considered for this position, a candidate will possess and demonstrate the following education, skills, experience, and characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, sensitivity, and variance analysis.
• Data center experience, custom ASIC knowledge preferred.
• Superior Excel skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Ability to flex and reprioritize between multiple projects.
• Outstanding communication skills are essential.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 131,190 - 196,500, $ per annum. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
