District Operations Supervisor

Location: Marietta, GA - Onsite Responsibilities Act as the escalation contact for customer issues or concerns Support sales through job quotation and estimation Approve estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content; assess profit risk of jobs, control material and labor costs, and provide feedback to the District Manager Establish project timelines, meet with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedule Manage projects, assign technicians, oversee ordering of equipment and material, and ensure proper customer sign-offs per JSOX requirements Provide leadership and supervision to the technician team and be responsible for the team’s development and training Oversee quotation of call‑in work, transactional sales, and assign technicians as needed to ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers Maintain consistent interface with current customer base, establish effective working relationships, and identify additional selling opportunities Ensure that maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections are completed on time Provide input to Service Coordinators on technicians scheduling activity Oversee contract renewal, escalation, and upgrades on assigned house accounts Work with the technician team to generate pull‑through service and repair work on existing house accounts Manage the Tech Tip program and lead customer care initiatives Conduct technician reviews and ensure completion each year Support technician training by coordinating training with the Regional Trainer while reporting the training plan and budget to the District Manager Work with Account Managers and the District Manager to resolve customer issues, including customer visits Provide weekly job status, revenue, and warranty recovery reports to the District Manager Own performance management of technicians (goals setting, performance reviews, performance management) Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s Preferred) 4-6+ years of related work experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related field 2+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role Extensive knowledge of HVAC design, systems, applications, and energy‑saving solutions Demonstrated success in strategically leading business units Benefits Non-logoed company vehicle with most expenses paid Multiple medical insurance plan options, plus dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company-paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with federal, state, and local law Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Non-availability of work visa sponsorship for this position The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300 to $120,700 plus targeted incentive plan in Georgia. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daikin Applied Americas Inc
