Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient acuity
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility staffing needs as required
• Participate in emergency response team assignments as directed, including during designated hurricane season periods (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (American Heart Association accepted)
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CPI and TNCC certifications
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Familiarity with acuity-based patient ratios in an emergency care environment
