This is a 200 bed facility, with 56 full time staff.This manager ‘s responsibility will focus on patient transport and linen departments while providing support to EVS, reporting to the General Manager. This is a day shift position approximate hours are 7AM-4PM, weekend and holiday rotation required.About the jobIn this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee frontline teams to deliver exceptional environmental services that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll manage daily operations, guide team development, and help maintain high standards that create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments.Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
