Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis and Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a Medical Surgical Unit. This position includes both Dialysis and non-Dialysis nursing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical Unit.
Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment.
Perform non-Dialysis nursing duties as assigned.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
Participate in patient education and precepting new staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient experience as a Dialysis RN preferred.
Experience with the NxStage System One dialysis machine, particularly with the Cartridge 505 closed system, is highly desirable.
Previous experience in precepting or nursing education is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
