It's about accuracy, communication, and showing up steady when parents are stressed and kids don't feel well.What You'll DoBe the calm, welcoming presence families meet firstManage check-in, insurance verification, and payments without losing accuracyExplain wait times and next steps clearly and respectfullyJuggle phones, walk-ins, and systems during busy shiftsDocument thoroughly in the EMR and protect patient privacyWork closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow movingWhat We NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentEnjoys working with children and familiesCurrent American Heart Association BLS certificationComfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy clinicsAuthorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background checkNice to HaveBilingual (English/Spanish)Pediatric or urgent care front desk experienceWhen We Operate (Schedule)Clinic Hours are as follows: Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 8:00 pmSat-Sun: 9:00 am – 5:00 pmOpportunity to travel to other clinics as neededRotating weekendsWhat to Know Before You ApplyThis is a fast-paced role.
