Senior Technology Analyst

DescriptionA TEKsystems client is looking to hire a skilled technical analyst. This position has dual responsibility for the functional and data integrity of HR systems, and for utilizing statistical, reporting and data modeling software and techniques to develop insightful reports, presentations and analyses, develop predictive HR analytics and provide credible recommendations for leadership.SkillsHCM, data manipulation, data modelingTop Skills DetailsHCM,data manipulation,data modelingAdditional Skills & QualificationsResponsibilities• Writes complex queries in PeopleSoft and conducts analysis in SAS, Excel and other advanced analytic or statistical software.• Leads process improvement efforts.• Responsible for Core HR Setup, including job code, dept., table setup and maintenance, configuration, functional specs.• Works closely with IT and Business Partners to develop functional specs; interprets business processes into functional/technical requirements.• High Level understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll business processes.• Works to enhance the HR Report Repository for executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders by analyzing current and future reporting needs.
