Compensation Overview

• Flatbed Drivers: Weekly earnings between $1,575 and $1,850
• Tanker Drivers: Weekly earnings ranging from $1,650 to $2,250
• Dry Van Drivers: Weekly pay between $1,450 and $1,750

Sign-On Bonuses

• OTR/Regional Dry Van: Total bonus of $3,250
• Day 45: $250
• Day 90: $1,150
• Month 6: $1,350
• Month 12: $500
• OTR/Regional Flatbed: Total bonus of $5,450 (Tarping required, includes oversized loads)
• Day 45: $450
• Day 90: $1,500
• Month 6: $2,500
• Month 12: $1,000

Our Fleet

• Trucks in our fleet are less than five years old
• We operate Mack, Volvo, and Kenworth vehicles
• All trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions
• Utilization of state-of-the-art software and automation
• Driver apps available for dispatch and electronic logging devices (ELDs)

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL with a minimum of two years of verified tractor-trailer experience
• Flatbed experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) required
