What We’re Looking For: Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, so a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude is essential. Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or medical setting. Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’ll juggle appointments, phone calls, and records—organization and multitasking are key! Team Player: You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, so collaboration and a positive attitude are crucial.
