Location: New Jersey / Pennsylvania

Responsible for the overall management of the programs including KPIs, dependencies, risk mitigation, and dashboard status. Runs ITSM management and end-to-end meetings. Runs meetings and ensures team's update their status. Attend all team meetings and report progress. Assistant Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer. Attend scrum meetings. Ensures teams are reporting properly. Maintain BIT Jira Government Standards. Good to have ITIL, Agile, and PMP certifications.
