Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time


Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands? We are seeking a Glass Installer to join a growing team in Duncan. This position is responsible for measuring, preparing, and installing glass while ensuring a safe, secure, and professional finished product.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare surfaces for glass installation
• Safely handle, transport, and install glass products
• Use proper tools, adhesives, and sealants
• Ensure correct fit, alignment, and sealing of installed glass
• Follow all safety standards and building codes
• Inspect completed work for quality, durability, and leaks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous installation or construction experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry heavy glass materials
• Stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday
• Work safely on ladders and scaffolding when required
• Tolerance for outdoor and varying weather conditions
• Strong grip strength and physical stamina
