Join us in making a difference!The Fit Pros / Group Fitness Instructors at Chuze lead various group fitness class formats from low intensity to high-intensity exercise classes and activities designed to improve participants' physical fitness and overall well-being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members.Formats Needed:PilatesZumbaSilver SneakersBody PumpBarreResponsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participantsDeliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirementsComplete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updatesMaintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily cleanEngage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluationsParticipate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentialsMaintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needsAttend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offeringsUtilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communicationsPerks & Benefits Include:Complementary Chuze MembershipFree iChuze MembershipDiscounts on retail and smoothie purchases and through vendor partnersPersonal device stipendOn-site Kids Club*Instructor referral programPaid practice and educational time401K***Applicable locations only.
