Customer Service Associate

Providing support to participants, clients, and providers, the full-time Customer Service Associate will manage inquiries related to group health benefits and claims payments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Answer telephone calls and provide accurate responses to inquiries about benefits and claims Document interactions and research claims, ensuring all information is logged in the system Assist team members and clients with questions regarding health benefit plans and related documentation Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Basic computer and customer service experience Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents Professional attitude and commitment to privacy and confidentiality standards
