Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop comprehensive visual communication solutions by leveraging tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, ensuring alignment with client requirements and standards.
• Train and mentor team members in visual design principles and software applications, facilitating skill enhancement and addressing delivery risks effectively.
• Conduct regular assessments of emerging visual design technologies and methodologies, implementing updates to existing processes to maintain quality and relevance in visual solutions.
• Gather and analyze client specifications to deliver tailored visual communication solutions that meet industry standards, utilizing user-centered design principles for effective engagement.

Skill Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in visual communication design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of user experience (UX) design and ability to apply user-centered design methodologies.
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya) for enhanced design capabilities.

Other Requirements:
