You will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for our customers and end users, with a focus on Crestron equipment and environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in A/V programming and system design, contributing to innovative and reliable solutions.Position Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test high performance AV solutions for government customers.Generate custom audiovisual system designs using Crestron technologiesSupport customer stakeholder meetings to collect and document or validate system requirementsResearch, identify, and recommend technology options to solve customer problemsSupport onsite deployment of AV systems and system configuration phasesCoordinate with customer facilities teams and other onsite sub-contractors and vendors during systems installation as requiredSupport the development of end-user training materials and operations and maintenance plansPerform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locationsDevelop expertise in the industry through continuing training, certifications, and review of trade publicationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):This position requires an Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Willingness to obtain a Counterintelligence Poly (CIP) or already have a current Counterintelligence Poly (CIP)Level 2: 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProven experience with Crestron programming and system environmentsProficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, and Visual BasicExperience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex A/V systemsHands-on experience with network programmingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with systems engineering principles and integration best practicesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Level 3: 3+ years of related systems design and integration experience, or equivalent education and experienceLevel 4: 5+ years of related systems design and integration experience, or equivalent education and experienceAn Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) is strongly preferredExperience translating customer requirements into software designsKnowledge of software systems configuration managementExperience with C# programmingExperience with object orientated programmingExperience with HTML/web programming (for user interface design)Crestron Gold level programming Certification or higherExperience working with local and remote teamsExperience interfacing directly with all levels of staff and managementExperience working as a member of a development teamCompensation:Medical, dental, 401KPTO and Holiday Pay$130,000 - $200,000 based on experience
