Clinical Pharmacist - Anticoagulation & Care Team (PRN)

LifePoint Health

North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL is seeking a Pharmacist for PRN coverage in rotating shifts. You will coordinate pharmaceutical care, collaborate with the care team, review orders, manage drug therapy protocols, and educate staff and patients to support quality and regulatory standards.

Applicants must hold a Pharm.D. degree and an Alabama license, with strong communication and clinical skills to thrive in a dynamic hospital setting.
