Senior Process Associate

Location: Tempe, AZ Hybrid In the role of Senior Process Associate, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, review and validate the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Responsibilities Experience in order management and customer support, with end-to-end ownership of case resolution Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including handling escalations Familiarity with SAP / Salesforce / MS Office tools Ability to manage order status, queries, and customer interactions within SLA timelines A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction Qualifications Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent At least 1 year of related work experience Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and process adherence Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complex queries Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise). #J-18808-Ljbffr Infosys
