POSITION SUMMARY:
This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative in support of Business Analysis, Testing & Quality Assurance business functions which include the following:
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement.
- Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, reporting, validation, and testing.
- Participate in system configuration under the guidance of senior analysts and implementation consultants.
- Execute test scripts, log defects, and track resolution during system testing cycles.
- Help develop user training materials, job aids, and reference documentation.
- Provide golive support, including troubleshooting, ticket triage, and user assistance.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.
- Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and followup actions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
- Handson experience with a full ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Exposure to crossfunctional business processes and enterprise technology.
- Practical skills in systems analysis, testing, data management, and project coordination.
- Mentorship from experienced IT and business professionals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Information Technology or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Visio applications
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fastpaced project environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exposure to any Enterprise software package. Examples: ERP

- Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
