Gallagher seeks a Senior AI Engineering Developer to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions on Azure and the .NET/Python stack. You will design, build, and deploy GenAI systems, including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and Copilot integrations, while mentoring engineers and ensuring governance in a regulated insurance environment.

You will collaborate with business units to translate problems into scalable architectures, set engineering standards, and ship production-grade AI
