Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift travel assignment at a large academic medical center in Ohio, with previous travel experience preferred.

Details

• 13-week travel contract at a large academic medical center in Ohio
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Weekend work required
• Floating between campuses may be required
• GE ventilators used in this role
• Multiple parking permit options are available for purchase through the facility's parking management system

Requirements

• RRT certification preferred
• High school diploma and college diploma or transcripts required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Active licensure at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• 2 professional references required: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (e.g., Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference; co-worker references are not accepted

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
• Former facility employees are eligible for a travel assignment after a minimum 6-month separation from the facility
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with your profile and is limited to 7 days or fewer for the contract duration
• Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be initiated promptly after accepting an offer — candidates outside Ohio may need to travel to an in-state fingerprinting location or complete a mailed fingerprinting packet upon receipt
