This firm is seeking an attorney to manage a case load of about 120 hours including settlement and court room activity. If you thrive in a team setting, take pride in your work, and are passionate about helping families plan for the future, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and separation agreementsConduct client consultations and develop strategic legal plansAppear in court regularly; familiarity with South Carolina's 365-day rule is essentialCollaborate with intake and billing departments to ensure smooth case flowMaintain accurate billing and meet monthly/quarterly billable hour goals (target: 120 hours/month)Utilize Rocket Matter and Box for case and document managementWork closely with fellow attorneys to share knowledge and strengthen firm-wide practices Insight Global
