Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Jacksonville, FL
Join a patient-centered primary care practice where physicians have the resources and team support needed to provide the time and attention their patients deserve.

- Monday–Friday Schedule: Predictable 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours with no nights or weekends.
- Manageable Patient Volume: See an average of 12–15 patients per day, allowing for plenty of patient interaction.
- Comprehensive Onboarding: A three-week Physician Learning Journey provides training and support from day one.
- Collaborative Care Model: Work alongside NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and specialist referral support.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits
- First-year earnings of $300,000+, with higher potential for experienced physicians
- Sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
